Tea, an health ally to enjoy without moderation

I moved to China more than 17 years ago, and I wanted to integrate myself perfectly. Beyond the language, whose subtleties I learned, I gradually understood that a non-verbal expression, made up of ancestral traditions, customs, and daily practices, underpinned a subtle and fragile dialogue. A kind of strong cultural identity whose codes I had to grasp if I wanted the veil of exoticism to disappear and give way to fraternal relationships.
Among the many recognized virtues of tea tasting, I discovered one, as pleasant as it was useful: its power of socialization.
I also gradually learned to recognize precise aromas, terroir notes, and others heightened by the preparation of both the plant and the final beverage. From the enchanting and skillful rituals of the Gai Wan to the structured preparation of Gong Fu, and then back to the glass teapot, I understood that one of the elements connecting this subtle art is partly linked to the quality of the water. Pure, low-mineral, or filtered, it must be brought to 100°C. It will infuse and release the best the plant has to offer.

A quickly appreciated well-being

I quickly noticed that I was in better shape by consuming these rare teas, grown without pesticides, mostly organic, and at least from a sustainable cultivation method.
