Origin: Yunnan

Specificity: Pu'erh Shou tea extract (Cooked) from 2019.

Packaging: 1 bottle with a capacity of 70 grams. Each puck weighs 0.7 grams. The cream is wrapped in special silver-blue paper. A protective layer of oxidation may appear when opened.

Bouquet: Woody, sweet taste bouquet with hints of cocoa, as well as a unique fragrance.

Properties: Has a strong antioxidant power. Highly loaded with minerals, amino acids and polyphenols, warms and nourishes the stomach. Helps to digest, recover after a large meal and especially a well-watered evening. Reduces fat and promotes circulation in the body. Protects and prevents damage to the stomach wall, especially those caused by alcohol.

Dosage: 1 puck corresponds to about ten light infusions or a very dark one identical to a long coffee. Vary according to your desires.

Preparation: I recommend that you place it in a teapot or transparent cup in order to admire the progress of the infusion. Preferably use mineral or filtered water, low in limestone. Do not rinse, pour water directly at 100 degrees Celsius. For my part, I let it infuse entirely in a cup to obtain a denser color. This will change from a cognac color to a coffee color when stirred. Extraordinarily pragmatic. You become the master of time which allows it to reveal itself and offer you all its virtues during its dissolution in contact with water.

Tone: Light Armagnac turning to dark cognac then coffee depending on the latency of the infusion.
