Specificity: Extract of Pu'erh Shou (Cooked) tea steamed with glutinous rice. In order to make the flavor of tea and glutinous rice fully integrated, glutinous rice leaves were used to perfume the aroma by using the "absorption" characteristic of Pu'erh tea.

The cream is wrapped in special gold paper. A protective layer of oxidation may appear when opened.

Preparation: I recommend that you place it in a transparent teapot or cup in order to admire the progress of the infusion. Do not rinse, pour water directly at 100 degrees Celsius. For my part, I let it infuse entirely in a cup to obtain a denser color. It will change from a cognac color to a coffee color when stirred. Extraordinarily pragmatic. You become the master of time which allows it to reveal itself and offer you all its virtues during its dissolution in contact with water. Preferably use mineral or filtered water, low in limestone.

Tone: Light Armagnac turning to dark cognac then coffee depending on the latency of the infusion.
