Origin: The tea is produced by Yunnan Mengtong Dayinshan Tea Factory.

Packaging: 200g brick in its original packaging
Properties: Awakening and stimulating
Dosage: 7-8 grams per infusion
Number of infusions: 20
Preparation: Sweet fragrance with a long persistence, marked by notes of brown smoked tea. Its appearance is fat and robust, its pronounced taste is marked by an obvious bitterness. Rich and complex flavor, offers a luminous fragrance perceptible from the bottom of the cup to the tea soup. Wake up the tea at 100°C and rinse it quickly (2-3 seconds) 2 times preferably, then infuse the tea at a temperature of 90°C a first time, 6 seconds, then next infusion 9 seconds, with each new infusion add 6 seconds.

Dayinshan Mountain, is located in the southeast of Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture. It borders Damenglong City to the east and Myanmar to the south and west, while to the north, it borders the cities of Daluo and Menghan. With a total area of 1016.34 square kilometers, Brown Mountain is renowned for being the oldest tea production area, thus preserving its status as an ancestral tea garden. Its subtropical southern monsoon climate, benefiting from generous sunshine and abundant rainfall, is influenced by the Ailao and Infinity Mountains, creating favorable climatic conditions for tea growth throughout the year. With an average altitude of about 1500 meters, its distinctive three-dimensional climate gives the tea unique qualities.
