Lemeilleurthedechine cake carefully prepared from leaves hand-picked from the tops of century-old tea trees.

Uncle Aekon's estate on Jing Mai Mountain.

(UNESCO World Reserve); Yunnan.

Origin: Yunnan Province. Jing Mai Mountain. Xishuangbanna

Packaging: 357 gram cake of 2019 Sheng Puer tea (raw) packaged in its packaging.

Specificity: Vegetal, astringent, energizing. An incredible number of light and vegetal tastings with a beautiful, complex and enriching evolution of flavors with each infusion. A soft, sweet finish.

Properties: Has a high antioxidant content. Helps to thin, purify the blood and reduce pressure. Warms the stomach to restrict
fats. It is highly recommended to enjoy it after eating.

Dosage: 7 to 8 grams for about ten infusions. Very delicate taste. Vary according to your taste.

Preparation: Stir the tea to 100°C and rinse it quickly (2-3 seconds) preferably twice, then infuse the tea at a temperature of 90°C for the first time, 6 seconds, then the next infusion for 9 seconds, adding 6 seconds for each new infusion.
The water passes quickly through the tea and allows you to appreciate its subtle and delicate aromas which soften over the course of the infusion.

Tone: Spring yellow-green, fields of wheat with apricot hues over longer infusions.

Taste : Opulent and monolithic, it asserts itself with its roundness along its length.

Texture: Full and aromatic, round and tasty.

Conservation : Store in its original packaging and do not seal the cake. Sheng Puer teas mature and lose their bitterness during the third year. For excellent aging, the cake must be allowed to breathe. Avoid large spaces and strong odors (incense, cigars, etc.)

No expiration date. Just like Shou Puer, these are aging teas and their aromas develop over the years. You can drink it young (very astringent). In China, this tea will have matured and evolved considerably after 15 to 20 years of aging. Sheng (raw) Puer, like Shou (cooked), follow the fluctuations of the tea price and also increase in value.
