Specificity: Pu'erh aged naturally for over 30 years, offering exceptional aromatic complexity. Its liquor is dark and clear, with deep red highlights, and notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, undergrowth, and ancient cellar. Its texture is mellow, full-bodied, and velvety. Each infusion reveals a deep roundness, ideal for connoisseurs and lovers of antique and collectible teas.

Preparation: Rinse: 2 times at 100°C, 2–3 seconds to awaken the leaves

Infusion: 90°C, 10–15 seconds for the first infusions, then gradually increase
