Origin: Yunnan
Specificity: Rare.
Packaging: 250 grams packaged in its original packaging.
Bouquet: Generous, greedy, soft and sweet, very easy to taste.
Properties: Warms the stomach and facilitates blood circulation.
Dosage: 8 to 10 grams depending on the number of people.
Preparation: Wake the tea at 100°C and rinse it quickly (2-3 seconds) preferably 2 times, then infuse the tea at a temperature of 90°C for the first time.
After an infusion I recommend that you boil it for 10 minutes and be surprised by its authentic palate.
Can be boiled directly.
Tone: The color of the tea liquor is a deep red wine hue. With a light ocher color for a very quick infusion, this tea will take on an earthy intensity then dark and unctuous.
Taste: Soft, sweet, generous, mellow, round, soft chocolate and cocoa flavors.
Texture: Full and aromatic, strong and tannic.
Storage: Keep in its original packaging and do not lock the head in an airtight box. For excellent ageing, avoid spaces that are too large and smells that are too strong (incense, cigars, etc.). Ideal for displaying and leaving in the open air (Library for example).
They refine over time
These are aging teas and see their aromas develop over the years. No age limit.
