Dosage: Ample and generous, eight grams for at least ten infusions, even for several people. As with any tea, the flavor and presence will depend on the length of the infusion. I recommend being fairly quick on the first three infusions so as not to diffuse the aromas too quickly.

Preparation: Avoid tap water, preferably use mineral or filtered water, low in limestone to maintain the authentic taste. You do not need to rinse this tea. Infuse quickly for the first tastings with water at 100 degrees. You can then adjust and allow a certain latency to your liking. 3 then 6 seconds, 9 seconds then 12, 15.
