Properties: Invigorating and deliciously sweet. Our Oolong tea is produced with our Tie Guanyin mixed with ginseng roots resulting in a healthy drink that nourishes the body and enriches the soul. A perfect cup to start the day.

Dosage: Ample and generous, eight grams for at least ten infusions, even for several people. As with every tea, the flavor and presence will depend on the length of the infusion. I recommend you to be fast enough on the first 3 so as not to diffuse the perfumes quickly.

Preparation: Avoid tap water, preferably mineral or filtered water, low in limestone to maintain the authenticity of the taste. You do not need to rinse this tea. Quickly infuse the first tastings with water at 100 degrees. You can then adjust and tune some latency to your liking. 3 then 6 seconds, 9 seconds then 12, 15.

Tonality: Its liquor is luminous, light green to dark yellow.
