Mini Pomelo – Citrus grandis Tomentosa (化州橘红 Hua Zhou Ju Hong) is a dried fruit native to Huazhou, Guangdong province. Renowned in traditional Chinese medicine, it is used to relieve coughs, loosen phlegm, and warm the lungs. Each whole fruit provides generous infusions, to be enjoyed for several days.

Its deep flavor combines a woody bitterness at the start, followed by a lingering citrus sweetness. Both invigorating and comforting, this natural remedy is ideal for seasonal changes or periods of respiratory fatigue. When the aromas fade, simply boil the fruit again to revive its full intensity.
