Origin: Fujian
Specificity: Roasted Oolong tea.
Packaging: 250 grams in total divided into small individual bags of 8 grams
Bouquet: Caramel scent, floral and honeyed notes. Its flavor presents a beautiful succession of subtle notes of lily, jasmine and mango. Its persistence in the mouth is very long with chocolate aromas.
Properties: Improves and helps the intestines to facilitate digestion and kidney function. Helps lower blood pressure and lose weight. It is a true anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant, it helps fight against cellular aging. This delicious drink promotes the elimination of excess fat, has relaxing properties and reduces stress.
Highly oxidized and made with leaves naturally rich in polyphenols, Oolong is not only very rich in cathechin, an antioxidant molecule specific to green tea and white tea, but also contains theaflavins and thearubigins, the antioxidants of black tea and Puer. Ideal all year round.
Dosage: Ample and generous, one sachet for at least ten infusions, even for several people. As with each tea, the flavor and presence will depend on the length of the infusion. I recommend that you be quick enough with the first 3 so as not to diffuse the scents quickly.
Preparation: Avoid tap water, preferably mineral or filtered water, low in limescale to maintain the authenticity of the taste. Quickly use water 100 degrees Celsius so that the leaves develop. Quick first infusion so as not to let the tea diffuse all its flavor. 6 seconds for the second then 9 seconds for the third and so on…12… The tea must not remain in the water, it must infuse (the water must pass through) then gradually each infusion This latency can vary depending on the choice of tasting a finer or more intense tea.
Tonality: Its liquor is luminous, dark yellow to orange.
Storage: In a cool, dry place. Keeps well
