Bunch : Pronounced taste of undergrowth and damp earth, peat, with metallic notes, flint, round and supple, very pleasant to taste.

Dosage: 8 to 10 up to 12 grams depending on the number of people.
Preparation: Wake the tea at 100°C and rinse it quickly (2-3 seconds) preferably twice, then infuse the tea at a temperature of 90°C the first time, 6 seconds, then next infusion 9 seconds, at each new infusion add 6 seconds. The water passes through the tea and allows you to appreciate its generous and dark aromas which soften over time.
Tone: With a light ocher color for very rapid infusion, this tea will take on a darker intensity while retaining its ruby color.
Taste : Ample and generous. Accompanies your everyday moments, from morning to evening, and particularly during your evenings with pronounced tannins. It gradually develops earthy palates. Opulent and monolithic, it asserts itself with roundness along its length.
Texture : Ample and aromatic, round and tannic.
Conservation : Keep in its original packaging and do not close the cake in an airtight box. For excellent aging, avoid spaces that are too large and odors that are too strong (incense, cigars, etc.).
