Menghai cooked Pu’erh tea head – 250 g – 2005
Menghai cooked Pu’erh tea head – 250 g – 2005
Origin: Yunnan, Menghai
Specificity: Generous and gourmand, creamy palate
Packaging: 250 grams packaged in its original packaging.
Bouquet: Generous, gourmet, humus, humid wood cellar, soft and sweet, very easy to taste.
Made entirely of fermented large-leaf Pu-erh varieties from the Menghai region.
Properties: Warms the stomach and facilitates blood circulation.
Helps reduce fat and lose weight.
Dosage: 8 to 10 grams depending on the number of people.
Preparation: Wake the tea at 100°C and rinse it quickly (2-3 seconds) twice preferably, then infuse the tea at a temperature of 90°C the first time, 6 seconds, then next infusion 9 seconds, at each new infusion add 6 seconds.
The water passes through the tea and allows you to appreciate its earthy aromas which soften over time and allow your palate to feel its sweet subtleties.
After a few infusions I recommend that you boil it for 10 minutes and be surprised by its authentic palate.
Tone: The color of the tea liquor is a dark red wine shade. Light ocher for very rapid infusion, this tea will take on an earthy then dark intensity.
Taste: Dark color, soft, sweet, generous, mellow, round, soft chocolate and cocoa flavors.
Texture: Full and aromatic, strong and tannic.
Conservation: Keep in its original packaging and do not lock the head in an airtight box. For excellent aging, avoid spaces that are too large and odors that are too strong (incense, cigars, etc.). Ideal for displaying and leaving in the open air (Library for example).
