A rare, concentrated, and naturally sweet infusion for digestion, vitality, and daily well-being.
Origin: Yunnan, China
Special Features: Post-fermented cooked Pu-erh tea cream, made from old bricks of cooked Pu-erh tea, processed using ancestral craftsmanship. Highly concentrated, smooth, creamy, and naturally sweet.
Packaging: 78-gram bottle, sealed in artisanal gold packaging. Each brick weighs approximately 1.5 grams.
Aromatic Bouquet: This precious cream is a dense and silky elixir, made from old bricks of cooked Pu-erh, aged and fermented extensively. Its complex aromatic profile reveals notes of wood, cocoa, dried fruit, honey, and a delicately caramelized finish.
Upon opening, a thin layer of natural oxidation may appear: a testament to the concentration and quality of the raw material, refined over time. Its fragrance evokes the humid forests of Yunnan and traditional maturation cellars.
Properties and benefits: A true active concentrate of Pu-erh, this premium cream offers recognized digestive and balancing effects:
- Rich in polyphenols, minerals, amino acids, and natural antioxidants
- Promotes digestion, regulates the body after excesses
- Helps eliminate fats, sugars, and toxins
- Protects the stomach, particularly useful after a heavy meal or alcohol consumption
- Improves blood circulation
- Warms the body, soothes the mind, and facilitates recovery
Appreciated since the imperial era, this concentrated form of Pu-erh was traditionally used during the Qing Dynasty as an "alternative medicine for everyday life."
Recommended dosage: 1.5 grams is enough for approximately 8 to 10 light infusions, or one more intense infusion, like a long coffee. A measuring spoon will allow you to adjust the strength to your liking. Let it steep completely in a cup for a full-bodied liqueur. Stirring will help the color change from light cognac to a dark brown, similar to coffee.
Ideal preparation:
- Scoop a small portion of the cream with a spoon.
- Place it in a glass cup or teapot.
- Use mineral or filtered water, heated to 100°C.
- Do not rinse: pour the hot water directly.
- Observe the transformation of the liqueur and sip slowly.
Can be infused all at once or made several cups with the same extract.
Visual Tone: The color changes from light cognac to deep chocolate hues, eventually becoming a glossy black liqueur, depending on the infusion time. The texture gradually becomes more syrupy, offering a mouthfeel similar to a liqueur infusion.
Storage: Store in its original bottle or in an airtight container, away from light, humidity, and temperature fluctuations. Stable and dense, this tea cream has a long shelf life, just like the ancient "Cha Gao" teas found in Beijing's Forbidden City.
An exceptional tea cream, made with aged Pu-erh, designed to combine taste pleasure, tradition, and health benefits. A natural ally for getting through winter with lightness, vitality, and serenity.
