Bouquet: A concentrated tea elixir. Pronounced woody taste, with notes of Patchouli, camphor and rockery, as well as a round and long texture in the mouth.
Properties: Energetic and awakening! Very condensed and powerful. Anti-cancer, mainly helps with detoxification. Has an active ingredient effect. Its high concentration of polyphenols plays an exceptional role in protecting oneself, fighting infections and more specifically feeling in shape. This is why it was widely considered a form of medicine under the Qing dynasty, with the "ability to cure 100 ailments", particularly concerning the digestive tract.
Dosage: An ingot represents approximately 0.75 grams. One tablet in a cup, bowl or glass according to your convenience. For my part, I let it infuse entirely in a cup to obtain a denser color. This will change from a cognac color to a coffee color when stirred. The longer you let it infuse, the higher the concentration will be. Vary according to your desires.
Preparation: Carefully open the packaging of the tablet to first admire this wonderful work (Gong Yi) 工. I recommend that you place it in a teapot or transparent cup to admire the progress of the infusion. Preferably use mineral or filtered water, low in limestone. Do not rinse, pour water directly at 100 degrees Celsius.
Tone: Bright yellow then light Cognac turning dark depending on the latency of the infusion.
Storage: Store in its original packaging. Its bottle and individual packaging allow great mobility. Can be stored indefinitely. Some "Cha Gao" (Chinese name) from the Ming era are still preserved in the Forbidden City in Beijing.
