Dosage:

8 to 10 grams (up to 12 grams depending on the number of people)

Preparation:

  1. Awaken the tea with 100°C water, rinsing quickly twice (2–3 seconds each)
  2. Infuse at 90°C:
    • First infusion: 6 seconds
    • Second: 9 seconds
    • Add 5–6 seconds for each subsequent infusion

This gradual process releases deep, evolving aromas, becoming smoother and more refined with each infusion

Light ochre in early infusions, gradually deepening into darker tones with ruby reflections
