Origin: Zhangping, Fujian Province, China
Special Features: A rare and traditional floral oolong tea, hand-pressed by hand, Zhangping Shuixian is a unique Fujian specialty. After roasting, the leaves are carefully hand-pressed into small cakes called "tea bunches." This ancestral process, recognized as an intangible cultural heritage in China, gives this tea an exceptional aromatic richness.
Packaging: 250 grams divided into compressed 8-gram cubes, ideal for infusion in a gong fu cha or traditional teapot.
Aromatic Bouquet: This oolong tea offers an intensely floral aroma, dominated by notes of orchid and white flowers. Subtle hints of ripe fruit and fresh butter enrich its olfactory profile, for a refined and enveloping sensory experience.
